Florian Sperlhofer's cuisine is guided by the ingredients provided by small mostly local producers, infused with influences from his homeland. The warmth of Austrian cuisine is always present, yet his dishes remain clear, focused, and delicately restrained.
Julia Giese is our sommelier serving wines with emotions. She is famous for her individual selection of wines and her keen sense for exceptional and harmonious beverage pairings.
For owner Kristiane Kegelmann, everything is intertwined: the depth of the dishes, the warmth of the team, the light, the music flowing gently between the guests, the rhythm with the team and the clinking glasses. The sense of mutual respect and the energy of creating a place together where many different things can unfold, make pars a vivid, welcoming, and deeply coherent experience.
