We are pars restaurant. A charming, unique place in Berlin to enjoy the fine art of casual fine dining. Minimalist yet inviting, elegant yet unpretentious, warm rather than formal. An experience for the senses, combined with the warmth of hospitality.
The changing set menu from our new chef Florian Sperlhofer consists of 7 courses and is served for €125. There is also the option to enjoy a 4-course menu for €75. From the beginning of October 2024, the pars à la carte menu will also be available again in parallel, inviting you to enjoy relaxed evenings with elegant, fulfilling bar food and outstanding wines.
Florian was most recently Sous Chef at the 3*** Michelin Restaurant Rutz, after working as a patissier at Restaurant Tim Raue** and at the Bootshaus Traunkirchen with many other stops in between, such as Restaurant Amador*** or Restaurant Reinstoff**.
The desire to experiment with traditional craftsmanship and modern sustainability practices leads Florian to unusual ingredients and us to amazing sensory experiences.
In the spirit of pars, Florian's kitchen focuses on local sourcing and the complete utilisation of all product components.
Julia Giese is the sommelier at pars. She is famous for her special selection of wines and her keen sense for exceptional and harmonious beverage pairings.
